Penha Longa Golf course presents two circuits: Atlantic Championship and Monastery, providing completely different experiences throughout the amazing hills of Sintra. The Penha Longa Golf Club, founded in 1992 hosts today more than 100 golf members, extend the five stars service of Penha Longa Resort to members and visitors, offering tailoring activities such as, competitions with other golf clubs and several social events.
The Monastery course, also designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is the perfect complement to its sister course. The 9-hole course is less undulated than the Atlantic Championship, offering moderated challenges which suit all levels of players. The Monastery golf course is also characterized by fast greens and narrow fairways and benefits from the stunning landscapes of the surrounding National Park.
